This policy applies exclusively to purchases made through Digistore24. If you purchased through another platform, please follow the refund procedure provided by that platform.

How to request a refund

Please use one of the following options:

Via the Digistore24 order confirmation: Open the Digistore24 order confirmation email and click “Order Support” or “Access/Change Order” to submit your request.
Via Digistore24 support: Visit the Digistore24 support page and provide your order number, the email address used for the purchase, and the product reference.
Via email support: Send a request to fabio.silva00962gmail.com including your full name, order number, and purchase email address. We will coordinate the refund with Digistore24.

Refund period

Refunds are available within 60 calendar days of purchase.
Requests submitted after this period may not be accepted.
Statutory consumer rights (EU / UK) remain unaffected. The 60-day guarantee is an additional voluntary policy.

What is covered

The digital guide and included downloadable files purchased through Digistore24.
Duplicate purchases made accidentally (verification may be required).

What is not covered

Purchases made outside Digistore24 or through unauthorized resellers.
Orders associated with fraudulent or abusive activity.
Third-party products or tools that are not part of the Digistore24 order.

Digital access after refund

Because the product is delivered digitally, access may be disabled after a refund. Any usage license associated with the product may also be revoked.

Processing time & payment method

Refunds are issued by Digistore24 to the original payment method.
Once approved, processing usually takes 3 to 10 business days.
Bank or currency conversion fees depend on your financial institution.

Chargebacks

In the case of a bank chargeback, the order may be temporarily suspended. We recommend contacting Digistore24 support or our support first in order to resolve the issue faster.

EU / United Kingdom withdrawal rights

Consumers located in the EU or the United Kingdom may have a statutory 14-day withdrawal right for digital content if explicit consent for immediate delivery has not been provided. Our 60-day money-back guarantee applies in addition to these legal rights.
